The Prime Minister of Ukraine introduced the new Chair of the AMCU to the staff

On Thursday, September 7, 2023, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal introduced Pavlo Kyrylenko, the new Chair of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, to the staff of the AMCU.

“Today, the AMCU faces important tasks. There is a great demand for justice and integrity in society. In particular, justice and integrity in business. Business must work responsibly, work for victory. Protection of economic competition remains on the agenda of our state,” Denys Shmyhal said during the event.

In his turn, the newly appointed Chair of the AMCU, Pavlo Kyrylenko, thanked the President of Ukraine and the Prime Minister for their trust. The new Chair of the AMCU also thanked his predecessor, Olha Pishchanska, for her professionalism.

“Our work should now be focused on making sure that businesses understand that they can not only work in Ukraine, but also invest and develop. To achieve this, each of us must work hard at our jobs and improve. There is a lot of work to be done! We will definitely win, and Ukraine will be prosperous and extremely attractive for business!” said the Chair of the Antimonopoly Committee.
