- Graduated from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a degree in “Antitrust Management” (2010) and “Law” (2011).
Employment
- Various structural units of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (the main area of activity - monitoring for compliance with legislation on protection of economic competition in the electricity and natural gas markets) (November 2010 - February 2017).
- Collaborated with the technical assistance project "EU Support to Ukraine to re-launch the economy (EU SURE)" and the Office for Effective Regulation as an Analyst in the "Energy" sector. (February 2017 to August 2019).
- State Commissioner of Ukraine (the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, July 2019 - up till the present).
